It really does amaze me, how the community of Istaria band together. Recently, we had two plots, one of each in key locations, used for t5 building, both plots decayed since the owners had left the game. I picked up one plot and C`gan picked up the other plot. I uploaded the current Excel file for biped plots. Of note, silos are shown as 246 (even tiered) or 135 (odd tiered).
